Together we collaborated with the City of Riverside to produce a public event that would be sure to encourage the members of the City to get FIT. FRESH. FUN.

Fit.Fresh.Fun

The production of designs and marketing strategies for Riverside's "Cyclovia" event required careful research, planning, and coordination. We worked closely with the Mayor to create a strong event brand that embodied the "Fit. Fresh. Fun." attitude.

Branding

Eye-catching designs for promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and merchandise were created to promote the event. We created merchandise to help distinguish the staff from the volunteers. We put together strategically designed merchandise so that there could be proper adoption by the event attendees.

Planning a Path

We helped to create the complete vision for the event, including the route planning and mapping for a number of booths along the route which would offer information, snacks, merchandise, and potential bike repairs for cyclists. We helped source a list of potential sponsors of these booths and worked to help curate key sponsors to fundraise for the event.

City Engagement

We worked to craft a unique brand, a well thought out experience, and an overall energy-building City engagement event. Covid prevented this event from becoming a reality, but we are working with the City to preserve the integrity of the event.
